Home Care Delivery Service

We are pleased to confirm direct delivery of devices will continue with our new partner, Polar Speed. Polar Speed is a trusted provider with extensive experience in serving healthcare needs across the UK. They offer a comprehensive solution for home delivery currently supporting over 40,000 patients, process more than 1,000 prescriptions daily, and work with over 150 NHS Trusts, making them a leading provider in the healthcare delivery space.

We are confident there will a seamless transition between partners and are working in conjunction with customers and Polar Speed to ensure continuous service to patients.
There is one small change to the name of the service – it will now be known as ‘Home Care Pharmacy Service’.

Ordering

If you currently purchase through a National Framework Agreement

There are no changes to ordering framework agreement codes; you can continue to order in your usual way.

If you currently purchase directly from Avanos

No changes are required on your account, and you are fully set up in our systems. However, we kindly request you verify Avanos Medical UK Ltd has been correctly listed as a vendor in your procurement system. To assist with this, please refer to the Company Information document.

To maintain product continuity, please update your system with the correct product codes using the Product Mapping document, which includes corresponding codes from our former distribution partner.
